activity in the City, banking and financial services,
the Company combines the traditions of the City Livery
Companies with a modern outlook on the financial services
sector. With more than 700 members, drawn from over
250 companies and institutions and with almost 50 nationalities
represented, the Company has a truly international character. |

The Company Badge, approved by the Court and the
College of Arms, is a modified version of the Overseas
Bankers Club Badge. It was chosen to continue the
historical traditions of the Bankers Club and to
represent the internationalism of the Company.
